Message	You can search for quite a while, but you'll mostly find opinions and tripe. People who hate AMS do so because of what was already said: they copy and sell at a lower cost, which you can argue hurts innovation. As far as actual facts and data about poor quality: there isn't much to go off of. I saw one post about a tiny hole or pit in a set of AMS headers which was causing an exhaust leak. There is also a lengthy thread about their water pump pulley which is offset an additional ~2mm or something compared to the original. This can possibly lead to premature bearing failure in the pump, but again, it's not like there is any smoking gun to back that up. So, long story short: you either hate them because of what they represent or you don't.
